RETURNS
If there is any problems with your order, please email us for
a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning products.
With over 7000 molds, it is difficult to stock every item. If your item(s) are not in inventory we pour them as quickly as possible. Because of time needed for drying, cleaning, and firing your items, we ask you to please allow three to five weeks to receive your order. Orders for multiples of the same item may require more time because the mold needs to dry between pours.
